In case the organizer cancels the planned event, compensation is due:

• More than 1 month in advance, an administrative fee of 50 euros excl. VAT is due.

• 25% of the room rent in case of cancellation less than 30 calendar days from the event date.

• 50% of the room rental and services ordered if canceled less than 15 calendar days from the event date.

• 65% of the room rental and services ordered if canceled less than 7 calendar days from the event date.

• 100% of the room rental and services ordered if canceled less than 4 calendar days from the event date.
