New development tailored to needs

The Science Park is in full expansion. Over the next few years, the construction of 12,000m² additional floor space is planned, in which both offices and labs can be realised. But there is room for many more new buildings.

Starting at the park

The Science Park offers tailor-made space for innovative companies. A management committee consisting of POM Antwerp, the University of Antwerp, the municipality of Niel and VLAIO monitors the correct implementation of the park.
