At the back of the park, you’ll find the brand-new hybrid industrial hall. This hall comprises 5 modules of various sizes. You can combine office activities with production, storage or lab activities.

Currently there are 2 units for rent/sale. Discover everything about unit 3 and unit 5 and launch your business on an inspiring, dynamic campus.

“anicells supports cell therapy developers in bringing their product to the patient. To do this, we offer GMP cleanrooms where our qualified personnel work for the customer.

Developing this type of GMP accelerator is very challenging. Creating an equipping these labs requires an enormous investment. As a start-up, we therefore needed the necessary legal guidance to handle discussions with potential investors in a smart way. We have found that expertise in the network of the Science Park; a legal expert who constantly collaborates with innovative companies and was able to properly assess our challenges. That is of great added value.”
